From Aberdeen to Bonnyrigg, the centres offer top-quality repair work, approved by most of the major insurers, including Direct Line, Royal Sun Alliance, Eagle Star, General Accident and Norwich Union.
All branches have invested millions of pounds in high-tech estimating systems, enabling them to make accurate damage assessments. In addition, the Group has bought in state-of-the-art paint technology, to ensure a first class paint finish on all vehicles, as well as guaranteeing minimal wastage.
A dedicated fleet of parts delivery vans offer rapid distribution to all Accident Repair outlets with our large franchise network enabling us to source genuine manufacturer parts for every make and model of car.
All work carried out in JM Accident Repair Centres is guaranteed for 3 years Every Accident Repair Centre is subjected to regular independent inspections by the Motor Vehicle Repairers Association (MVRA). All sites also undergo rigorous annual inspections by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to comply with environmental standards.
These inspections provide further proof of the JM Group's dedication to continually high standards of customer care. As well as accident repair work, all Accident Repair Centres are fully equipped to carry out servicing and can arrange MOT testing within one of our Group service centres.
Any car that has been in for work is cleaned before being returned to the customer. This can be extended to a full valet, for a nominal charge.
